How it Works 

Our process for getting you an advance is simple, quick and easy. We work with lawyers that we have relationships with and trust. The necessary information that we need will be forwarded by your attorney. Once we obtain your case we will be able to finalize the details with expediency. JLF prides itself on being as competitive as anyone in the Advanced Funding Industry. The majority of our loans are in the 1-6 month period. Because of this, we break down our loans in 3 month intervals to allow you to keep your interest tied to a more workable calendar. Why pay the same interest rate in month one as in month six? Here are the simple steps to receive your funding:

1. Connect Your attorney will contact us initially. We will then work with your attorney to inquire as to your case, your financial needs and to receive your personal information.

2. Review Our team will then quickly complete a case review, usually taking no more than 1 hour. We then send by Adobe Sign and/or overnight mail, the necessary documents for you to examine. If then agreed upon, you sign and digitally send and/or mail back to us.

3. Deliver Next, you decide how you’d like to receive your payment. At this point your funds quickly become available to you. If payment method is set up before 3:30pm (Eastern Standard Time), your funds can be available the same day!

As a non-recourse advance, you only pay us back if you win your case. If you don’t win the case, you keep the funds. And that’s it.

There’s no need for you to do anything since we will follow up with you by phone and walk you through the process to make sure it all makes sense.
